Jessica Sarah Flaum (Character: Olivia Bower - Student)


Jessica Sarah Flaum grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and currently works in LA as an actress. She portrayed a younger version of Laura Dern in Jennifer Fox's The Tale (2016). She also played the lead in Strictly Liminal (2014), a short film featured in Court Metrage at the Cannes Film Festival. She attends Santa Monica College studying Political Science.

 

 

Reece Schaberg (Character: Ozzie Bower - Student)


Reece Schaberg is a young actor from the small town of Williamston, Michigan. After moving to LA in August of 2016, he picked up his first official acting gig in a short film at the Los Angeles Film School. He appeared on Reality TV, walked runway in downtown LA, and landed his first commercial in early 2017. Reece has an identical twin brother who will be joining him in California this fall, and 3 other supportive siblings that have helped his quick progress. Other than acting, Reece an avid beach goer, enjoys playing golf, frisbee and other sports, and loves watching films.

 

 

Amanda Goff (Character: Slone Whitton - Student)


Amanda Goff moved from Anchorage, Alaska to Fort Lauderdale, Florida when she was nine years old. She grew up dancing and doing theatre. After getting her degree from Florida State University in Exercise Science & Dance, she decided to follow her dreams to Los Angeles. Her passion for acting led to roles in independent projects such as, See You in Valhalla, Barrio Tales 2, With You and Death Pool. Her latest role being Slone in the project HR805. "My favorite part was sitting down and breaking the script down, everyone is invested in making a great project!" Amanda is currently repped by Joe Florance at Circle of 10 Talent and is excited for what's to come!

 

 

Michael Huey (Character: Garrett Khan - Student)


Michael Huey was born and raised in San Diego California. He loves acting. Acting is a passion of his that fills him with so much joy. At a young age, he enjoyed art and performing, doing choir, musicals, plays, and short films. He graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a BA in Drama. In addition to acting, he loves to sing, dance, watch movies, write, read, swim, do martial arts, and play tennis.

 

 

Jonah Duhe (Character: Bo Phillips - Student)

Artist Jonah Duhe is beyond grateful to be able to work with the dedicated cast and crew of HR805. Exploring youth and identity is a theme that Jonah has explored before, from Romeo and Juliet to The Nutcracker, but he is truly excited to be able to explore the character of Bo, in that the complexity of the character is one that he can empathize with above any other role he has faced before. He hopes that he can contribute a certain amount of truth and honesty to the story; one that will make people see modern youth in a new light.

 

 

Lon Sierra (Character: Bruce Canari - Teacher)


Lon Sierra, actor, producer, writer.  As writer, he helped co-author the full length feature script Dark Redemption as well as the pilot script for HR805. As producer, he has made four short films, all of which have been accepted into several film festivals. As an actor, he has solid improvisational skills, ample stage experience, and an abundance of time on set in front of the camera either in the commercial realm, working with such companies as Wendy’s, Chevy, Ram Trucks, Petco, HP, Sea World, Direct TV, Walgreens, WWE, and more or in feature and short films playing a variety of roles.

 

 

Alana Noland (Character: Colani Mahoe - Student)


Born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii, Alana began modeling and acting at an early age. With a desire to further her career, she moved to Southern California in 2004 and signed with CESD Talent. After graduating from Loyola Marymount University with a Communications degree in 2013, she has continued to work in the entertainment industry full time. Working with artists such as Lady Gaga, Jason Derulo, Sean Kingston, Nick Cannon, and Linkin Park, Alana was also featured in Fast and the Furious 7, Life in Pieces on CBS, Mistresses, and True Detective. Next up, she can be seen in Kevin Hart's new television web series entitled Campus Law.

 

 

Sara Wolfkind (Character: Jazmin Avila - Student)


Sara Wolfkind was born in San Diego, California. Sara started off performing in musical productions at a local youth theater when she was six, but branched out to on-camera acting when she was 11. Since then, she has been in several commercials and films. Sara hopes to continue pursuing acting as a profession and plans to attend college to study film and/or media. In addition to acting, Sara enjoys dancing, watching movies, and engaging in today's conversations.

 

 

EJ Cooper (Character: Franky "Snap" Jensen - Student)


EJ Cooper is happy to begin his acting career with HR805. Born and raised in North County San Diego, EJ currently leads worship at North Coast Church. He also enjoys learning new musical instruments, eating fish tacos and playing video games. (Who doesn't like video games?)

 

 

Jarryd Gooch (Character: Mitchell Sutton - Student)


Jarryd Gooch is a young, aspiring actor determined to make it big. He has starred in two other short films known as "The Loyal Remnant," and "Rambo: A Music Concept Video." Jarryd has also been a part of four theatrical productions in his college, including "Midsummer Night's Dream", "Violet," a short student written production called "Therapy Sessions" and two productions in the MSJC 24 hour theater project (now being renamed due to copyright). Jarryd Gooch won the award for Best Actor in Midsummer Night's Dream.

 

 

Brittany Aellig (Character: Becky Howard - Student)


Brittany Aellig has been acting since her first musical theater role as a bright pink, piano-playing oyster in The Little Mermaid.  Although only eight years old, she knew this experience would develop into a passion that she would never want to give up.  Since then, she has been in several musical theater productions, commercials, and print work.  She took a break recently to finish high school and attend college.  Now, holding a degree in English, she is beyond excited to return to her passion.

 

 

Dalton Ryan (Character: Rich Watson - Student)


This is Dalton's debut to acting in a professional environment. On his off time he enjoys spearfishing and spending time with others. He is very excited about this opportunity and hopes to continue acting professionally in the future.

 

 

Michelle Gil (Character: Luann Gomez - Coffee Shop Owner)


Michelle Gil is originally from the Dominican Republic.  She was in a bilingual theatre company for 8 years doing comedy, drama, and musical theatre.  She also works professionally in the film and commercial realm (such companies as Target, Edward Jones, and Lean Cuisine).

 

 

Sadie Johannsson (Character: Nadine Sutton - School Principal)


Sadie comes from a family of artists, one of whom directed the sitcom, The Jefferson’s. She started playing piano at the age of four and began singing, dancing and acting shortly thereafter. She won a scholarship at age ten to the Los Angeles Community School of Performing Arts and got her first break in 1983 on the show Kid's Incorporated. Theater experience: The Glass Menagerie, Annie, Twelve Angry Jurors, The Sound of Music, Romeo and Juliet, Jeanne d’Arc, The Dining Room, Ragtime (nominated for best supporting actress.) Over the past three years she has appeared in commercials and TV shows such as Modern Family, Murder Book, played the lead in two short films and a supporting role in the film Slipaway which won film festival awards. She recently had a featured part in I Think We’re Alone Now, from the producer of LaLa Land. In addition to filming HR805, she has a supporting role in, Tiptoe Through, which will film in September 2017. She graduated from the New York Institute of Photography, and for 25 years Sadie has also worked in Casting, as a 1st A.C., Camera Operator, directed short films and recently worked on Rob Schneider’s Netflix show, Real Rob as a 1st A.C. and D.P. in Season 1.

 

 

Taylor Bassett (Character: Neil Sutton - School Custodian)


By the grace of God Taylor Bassett is a happily married father of six with numerous commercial, television and stage credits. Taylor very much enjoys the craft and credits his acting success to the great Carey Scott of The Rehearsal Room in San Diego.

 

 

Sandy Hotchiss (Character: Isabelle Phillips - Bo's Grandmother)


Sandy is co-founder of Talent to aMuse Theatre Company in San Diego.  She was also the co-founder and co-director of the Wisconsin Theatre for Children, Inc. where she wrote, produced and performed throughout Wisconsin and Minnesota.  She is also involved in commercial/film work - most recently seen in the film "Westmire" for San Diego 48 hr film festival, Grossmont Center, Coco’s Restaurant, Sycuan Casino, TLC Medical, audio books and several medical schools providing training for student doctors and nurses.  She can also be seen as one of the Dancing Grannies (her favorite role to date) in a Travis Pastrana viral video promoting the X Games in LA.

 

 

Brooke McCormick (Character: Jacky Whitton - Sloan's Mother)

 

Brooke McCormick is always thrilled to be a part of projects that make a difference. Brooke is originally from Texas and moved to Los Angeles to attend The American Academy of Dramatic Arts having first earned a film degree from SMU. She has performed in numerous plays in Los Angeles and more recently returned to the theater in San Diego. She divides her spare time between LA and San Diego appearing in multiple commercials, short films and television. She most recently appeared in The Encounter, a TV series for Pure Flix Entertainment. She has a passion for story telling and coaching other actors on a weekly basis. She lives in Del Mar and her most important role is that of wife/mother/dog owner.

 

 

Anna Peterson (Character: Julie Bower - Mother of Olivia and Ozzie)


Anna was born and raised in Colorado where she received her degree in Theatre from the University of Colorado, Boulder. She has enjoyed a wide range of acting experiences with theatre, voiceover, and onscreen projects including Talk Radio, An Act of the Imagination, Baby, I'm Yours, not to mention a joyous stint as Mary Poppins at Disneyworld.  Anna's free time is spent with her husband, two kids, and senior rescue pup lovingly named Tuna.

 

 

Steve Froehlich (Character: Mark Bower - Father of Olivia and Ozzie)


Steve Froehlich is an award-winning producer and actor. Local Theatre includes: Marjorie Prime (North Coast Rep), The Taming of the Shrew (Petruchio) and Disappearing Act by InnerMission Productions at Diversionary Theatre; Our Lady of Kibeho and Orange Julius at Moxie Theatre; The Nutcracker at New Village Arts Theatre; Reasons to Be Pretty and Bug at Ion Theatre. He trains with world-renowned acting coach Larry Moss in LA. Partial film credits: “Voices of Midway” and “Revelation Road” on Netflix. He has appeared in over 60 short films/industrials and many commercials. He is the Co-Executive Producer for the multiple award-winning Web series Blood Brothers.

 

 

Christopher Hilken (Character: Ken Thompson - School Counselor)

 

Christopher Hilken has been performing on stage and in improv troupes since he was in High School. He loves live production and has been involved in directing, writing, and performing dozens of shows including winning best actor at a national Shakespearean festival in 2007. He is a family man with a wife and 3 kids who are his life. He works full time at North Coast Church in Vista counseling and pastoring young adults.
